If your searching for a way to make more money than you can in your current position in life, then I can gladly say that your search may well be over. I met one of the Directors of the property sourcing company I use at a property seminar. I left it some weeks before I visited Ashkey's website to find out what they had to offer. I spent some time reading through the various services available to members. One major difference with this company is that you do not have to pay to register or become a member. Normal rates from other companies seem to be £1,500 upwards before you get access to their database. Not so with Ashkey. Another major advantage is their finance package used to purchase the properties. This allows the average buy to let investor to get into the property portfolio building business without spending too much of their own cash. Ashkey concentrate on new build properties near too or just completed, this means any of your capital employed to secure the deal is only tied up for the shortest possible time, not years as with "off-plan".
